Ha, exactamundo!  I believe that CIS-aligned hackers cracked the cone of silence & got into VP Cheney's so-called heart.  Certainly Pres. W's blundering about in Iraq & then invading Afghanistan had to play into CIS', Iran's, Hamas' & all the bad actors' hands in the Middle East & across the World.

Putin was sharp enough to play a long game, & now here we are.
