The president has outdone himself. Brett Talley is his latest nominee for the federal bench, and the young man shouldn't even be appointed to a state court. He's only been a lawyer for a short time, and he's never tried a single case. He is on the record as liking the "old" Ku Klux Klan, who he says didn't do any racial violence like today's KKK.
He's a piece of work. The American Bar Association's committee on the judiciary was unanimous in calling him "unqualified."
