Quote
Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump told reporters on Wednesday that he would talk to special counsel Robert Mueller under oath and looks forward to the opportunity, but that he will listen to the advice of his lawyers.

Trump made the comments to a group of reporters who were meeting with chief of staff John Kelly at the White House.
"I am looking forward to it, actually," Trump said, when asked if he was going to talk to Mueller. "Here is the story: There has been no collusion whatsoever. There is no obstruction whatsoever. And I am looking forward to it."
Trump suggested that people could wrongly construe his attempts to "fight back" against the investigation as obstruction.

So he would do it but his lawyers may not let him.  roflmao.  Of course his lawyers won't.  You never let a guilty client testify.

I doubt an oath means one he11 of a lot to Trump.

Along with that, I'm sure he's confident he can talk circles around any questioner ........... seein's how he's, no doubt, the greatest in the world, at it (even with his 4th grade vocabulary).

In this world, a person can DEMAND respect ........ or COMMAND it.

The former will seldom - if ever - achieve the latter.

Trump has no respect for expertise of any kind, other than the image that glares back @ him from his mirror.  & that's what will likely ultimately do him in - he'll disregard his mouthpieces' advice - after all, they're just hired guns, technicians for getting what you want in the legal arena.  Trump is the greatest - just ask him, he'll shout it from the rooftops - assuming he doesn't have a fear of heights.  We know that he's perfectly @ home in the depths of depravity - just listen to him for a bit.

Trump's a blank screen, unto which we project the deepest & darkest boogeymen of human nature - with, apparently, no redeeming human virtues whatsoever.  & he relishes the role.  He's so far gone, he thinks under oath means screaming obscenities.  Then he acts surprised that people loathe him.  Poor him, poor us, poor World.

Trump has trouble keeping his story straight with what he said yesterday. Just wait til he contradicts what his co-conspirators already told Mueller.

I think that he might do this with Mueller ...... but watch for this if he goes under oath.

I'm sure it doesn't count for much, but I can assure you that I've sworn him in repeatedly & @ length, in a coupla languages.  He does seem somewhat accursed to me, but so far it doesn't seem to be affecting his persona @ all.

Then again ...
