Nothing like more heat pouring on top of Trump's golden egg. If enough women do this, it would create a mt of stranglehold on sugar daddy trumpbucks.    Cool

A Los Angeles woman who worked for President Donald Trump's presidential campaign has filed a federal lawsuit in Manhattan to void a confidentiality agreement she signed, claiming the agreement has been "weaponized" to silence her allegations of discrimination.

Jessica Denson, a journalist and actress, said in court documents filed on March 26 that she was consistently disparaged and sexually and verbally harassed by her supervisor while working for the campaign as a phone bank administrator and later as the Hispanic outreach coordinator.

Denson first sued Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., in New York state court in November 2017, alleging discrimination. She said she suffered from emotional distress due to the "pervasive slander, aggravated harassment, attempted theft, cyber-bullying and sexual discrimination and harassment" she endured at the hands of her supervisor.

In other words, if she files suit, against Trump's campaign, for harassment and discrimination, she violates this "confidentiality agreement".  She would have to explain the grounds for the lawsuit, which would involve describing the working conditions there.  She's suing to have the nondisclosure agreement ruled as being void, on the grounds that it prevents her from exercising her legal right to file a claim of harassment and discrimination.  The suit is not against Donald Trump, per se, but against the campaign organization, which was her actual employer.

Trump is bonkers about these "nondisclosure agreements".  He requires everyone who works in his administration to sign one.  Supposedly that means no one who leaves the administration will be able to tell what goes on, in the white house.  However, it seems this practice is already being challenged, on the grounds that people working for the Trump administration aren't Trump employees.  They're government employees -- our employees.  Therefore, Trump has no legal right to require them to sign an agreement that says they can't tell their employers (the public)  about what goes on, at work.  Obviously, this doesn't apply to classified information.

In this world, a person can DEMAND respect ........ or COMMAND it.

The former will seldom - if ever - achieve the latter.

Correct. It would be if and when Jessica Denson wins her suit that allows her to tell as much as she chooses about what has happened between The Don and her. That would mean more news media chatter about what a sleazebag butthole he is (no shocker to many) at a time when Don's past zipper action is scaring the hell out of him. It also seems that a lot of these current suits may possibly connect to some degree and drag into said suits Trump Org., in which has become an hot bed investigation over unethical and corrupt activities of late. Trump isn't liking that his house of golden cards is close to crumbling. The more women who might win their law suits directly or indirectly to Trump, is all added pressure on The Don.
