In other words, if she files suit, against Trump's campaign, for harassment and discrimination, she violates this "confidentiality agreement".  She would have to explain the grounds for the lawsuit, which would involve describing the working conditions there.  She's suing to have the nondisclosure agreement ruled as being void, on the grounds that it prevents her from exercising her legal right to file a claim of harassment and discrimination.  The suit is not against Donald Trump, per se, but against the campaign organization, which was her actual employer.

Trump is bonkers about these "nondisclosure agreements".  He requires everyone who works in his administration to sign one.  Supposedly that means no one who leaves the administration will be able to tell what goes on, in the white house.  However, it seems this practice is already being challenged, on the grounds that people working for the Trump administration aren't Trump employees.  They're government employees -- our employees.  Therefore, Trump has no legal right to require them to sign an agreement that says they can't tell their employers (the public)  about what goes on, at work.  Obviously, this doesn't apply to classified information.

In this world, a person can DEMAND respect ........ or COMMAND it.

The former will seldom - if ever - achieve the latter.
