In case anyone noticed, I haven't been active on the forum, for a few weeks. Mostly, this has been due to some health concerns. About a month or so ago, I had open-heart surgery, to have a valve replaced, along with a single bypass. The recovery is going quite well, and I'm almost back to full health, now.

In this world, a person can DEMAND respect ........ or COMMAND it.
The former will seldom - if ever - achieve the latter.

Good to see you make it back in here.
WOW! Also glad to see you make it out of surgery and doing fine. Is that your first go around with a by-pass?

Yeah, my first bypass. I kinda figure I'm lucky, to make it to 68, before I needed one - and then, only one. I know lots of people younger than myself, who've had triple and quadruple bypasses. Of course, there's the valve thing, too. The surgeon thinks it could be a congenital thing, as I have an older brother who's had a valve replacement, too.

Well, lets hope that all of this is past you. Eat right my friend and stay as active as you can allowed. Looking forward to your insight and wisdom here.
